Welcome to TV Remote All ("the App"), developed and operated by Surgio Killa (owned and managed by Phạm Thị Phương Thảo, "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). We are dedicated to safeguarding the privacy and personal data of every user ("User" or "you") who installs and uses our application.

This Privacy Policy and Terms document explains our data practices, device permissions, third-party services, and comprehensive rules governing in-app purchases, VIP subscriptions, auto-renewals, cancellations, and refunds in strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, GDPR, and international consumer protection standards.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

TV Remote All is an on-device utility application that operates locally over your private Wi-Fi network (LAN). We adhere to strict data minimization principles:

We do not collect or store personally identifiable information (such as your full legal name, private phone number, contacts, or postal address).
We do not upload, duplicate, or inspect your private photos, home videos, audio files, or media on external cloud servers.
We do not log, record, or transmit keystrokes, passwords, or queries typed into connected TVs.
We do not access or track your precise GPS physical location.

3. Device Permissions & Purpose of Use

To deliver essential remote control, screen mirroring, and media casting functionalities, the App requests specific Android permissions:

All remote control signals and TV commands remain strictly within your local home network (LAN) and are never transmitted to external cloud servers.
`READ_MEDIA_IMAGES` `READ_MEDIA_VIDEO` `READ_MEDIA_AUDIO` (or `READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`)	Local Media Casting: Used solely when you voluntarily choose to cast personal photos, home videos, or music to your TV. Files are read locally from your device storage and streamed directly to your TV. No files are uploaded or stored on any external server.
`FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PROJECTION`	Screen Mirroring: Used to mirror your smartphone display to the connected TV screen in real-time when you explicitly initiate screen mirroring.
`VIBRATE`	Haptic Feedback: Used to provide tactile vibrational feedback when pressing buttons on the virtual remote control.

4. Third-Party Services

To maintain high app stability, diagnose technical errors, and support free access via non-intrusive advertising, we integrate the following trusted third-party SDKs:

Google AdMob: Displays advertisements and controls ad frequency via Google Advertising ID (AAID). (Google Advertising Privacy Policy)
Google Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Monitors app health and troubleshoots crashes using anonymous diagnostic metrics and crash stack traces. (Firebase Privacy and Security)
Google Play In-App Billing: Handles secure VIP subscription transactions. The developer does not collect or store credit card or payment details. (Google Play Terms of Service)

5. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy

TV Remote All offers optional premium VIP subscriptions and lifetime access to unlock enhanced features (such as removing all advertisements, unlimited 4K screen mirroring, high-speed media casting, and premium TV touchpad controls).

All payments are securely processed and managed by Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime directly from your Google Play account settings.

5.2 Payment & Auto-Renewal Rules

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Charge: Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Currency: Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the Google Play Store.

5.3 Free Trial Policy (7-Day Free Trial)

If you subscribe to the Yearly Plan with a 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period.
To avoid being charged the annual subscription fee, you must cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the 7-day trial ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

5.4 How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription (Step-by-Step)

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time directly through Google Play. Uninstalling the app will NOT automatically cancel your subscription.

Steps to cancel on your Android device:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone or tablet.
Tap your Profile icon at the top right corner.
Tap Payments & subscriptions ➔ then tap Subscriptions.
Find and select TV Remote All (or Universal TV Remote).
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to enjoy VIP benefits until the current billing cycle expires. No further charges will be made.

5.5 Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to the official Google Play Refund Policy.
If you made a purchase by accident or experienced technical issues, you can request a refund directly through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase via Google Play Order History.

5.6 Restoring Previous Purchases

If you reinstalled the app or switched to a new Android device using the same Google account, you can restore your active VIP access at any time by tapping the "Restore" button located on the VIP Paywall screen.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our App is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at ms13killla@gmail.com, and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Security

All direct TV remote controls and media streaming occur exclusively across your private home Wi-Fi network (LAN). We take appropriate security measures to protect any diagnostic information processed by analytics services.

8. User Control & Data Deletion Rights

You retain full control over your device permissions and advertising preferences:

Device Permissions: You can grant or revoke Storage and Network permissions at any time via Settings > Apps > TV Remote All > Permissions.
Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your Google Advertising ID by navigating to Settings > Google > Ads on your Android device.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
